Rogue Macros - So here are the macro basics to start:
Type /macro to open the macro interface

/cast Premeditation
/cast Cheap Shot

Replace Cheap Shot with the opener of your choice, eg: Ambush. Replace the bandage with whatever bandage you’re using at the moment.

If Ambush doesn’t fire for whatever reason then the weapons still swap. /cast Ambush(Rank 2)
/equipslot 16 Diamond Hammer
/equipslot 17 Ironpatch Blade

Here’s a quick swap macro. /equipslot 16 Mainhand weapon
/equipslot 17 Off hand weapon

Stealth - Mapped to “1″

Casts Stealth by default.
Casts SnD during fights.
Casts Throw when pressed with Alt.
Casts Feint when pressed with Ctrl.

Casts Mutilate or Sinister Strike by default.
Casts Cheap Shot when stealthed.
Casts Blade Flurry when pressed with Alt.
/cast [modifier:alt]Envenom; [modifier:ctrl]Eviscerate; [modifier:shift]Rupture; [stealth]Garrote; Kidney Shot
Casts Kidney Shot by default.
Casts Garrote when stealthed.
Casts Rupture when pressed with Shift.
Casts Envenom when pressed with Alt.
/dismount [flying]

Casts a random flying mount if flying is permitted.
Casts Pick Pocket when stealthed.
Casts Shiv during fights.
Casts Dismantle when pressed with Alt.
